Published Work - Wanderlust: Scenic Highland County, VA - Summer 2022 Issue

Since mid 2020, I've been writing travel articles for a local Greensboro, North Carolina arts & entertainment magazine published by a colleague and friend, Tamarah Ellen. The magazine title Tamarah's Closet Magazine is based on her commercial & fashion photography business and her Live Internet Show in which she interviews talented people from all over the world. As a side note, Tamarah also did my business branding and headshot photography for me two years ago. In addition, I've modeled formalwear in her studio for her and a local boutique, Songbirds Bridal and Formal. Grateful our paths crossed when we met at a networking event several years ago! 

And on that note, I'm also very grateful she has given me the wonderful opportunity to write for the magazine and to showcase my travel photography. My most recent article, "Wanderlust: Scenic Highland County Virginia", is featured in the Summer 2022 issue and I'm sharing it here, along with the cover. A few favorite photographs were selected for the article, however if you scroll down below the cover and article, you will see all of my favorites!  This article was based on a trip to Highland County, VA in May 2022 to teach a travel photography workshop at Highland Arts Academy. Three months ago, shortly returning from my trip, I featured student work HERE on my blog.
