On October 3rd, I taught another Smartphone Photography Workshop at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden. It was another full class of 10, including Adrienne Roethling, whom is The Director of Curation at the garden and is also a knowledgeable horticulturist. It turns out she has an incredible eye for photography too!
We had a beautiful morning for it and a good time was had by all. A handful of my students shared their work with me and I wanted to in turn share their work with others! That way others in the class, and of course anyone else, can enjoy seeing what my students created with their Smartphone cameras. Perhaps it will get you excited about taking one of my classes in the future?
Thank you to all who took the class and to those who shared their photos! So much appreciate each and everyone one of you - Adrienne, Linda, Shirley, Karen, Louisa, Melanie, Charles, Marian, Trish, and Janice. I have added a watermark to each image, so that everyone who submitted their work, receives proper photo credit. It has been a joy seeing these - so much talent here = I'm blown away, actually!
You too, could learn how to take photos such as these with your Smartphone camera. If you'd like to be added to a waiting list for the next class I teach, please reach out to me HERE. More info on ALL of my photography workshops can be found HERE on my website.
A few behind the scenes photos taken during our class. Linda Mahoney took the one of me with two of my students. Marian & Karen. I'm holding the reflector/diffuser - I brought along my DSLR camera too. The wide angle photo I took of Karen composing her shot and the other is of Linda composing one of her shots. We had (have) such a great time in these workshops at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden. Hope to see you in one of my future workshop as well - a Smartphone or DSLR photography workshop!
